Wilson Combat’s 40th Anniversary Box Set

Wilson Combat has announced that in celebration of its 40^th Anniversary, the company will be releasing a limited addition box set. The set includes a commemorative Supergrade 1911, an EDC X9, an Out the Front Knife, and custom challenge coins. Only 41 box sets will be released and can be purchased through select dealers.

The Fortieth Anniversary Supergrade 1911 in .45 ACP is adorned with Mammoth Ivory Grips by Dan Chinnock, a silver bead front sight, and has been given a high polished Baron blue finish with silver inlays. The word “Supergrade” is inlaid on the right side of the slide, the Wilson Combat logo inlaid behind the right rear cocking serrations, with “40 Years of Tradition” inlaid on the left side.

Wilson Combat’s Fortieth Anniversary EDC X9 features a polished stainless slide, gold bead front sight, and gold inlaid markings on the slide. The words “EDC X9” are inlaid by Baron on the right side of the slide, the Wilson Combat logo is inlaid on the top, and “40 Years of Innovation” is inlaid on the left.

Also included is the Out the Front knife by Hogue. The knife has polished flats for a unique two-tone look, the same X-TAC grip pattern found on the EDC X9, and “Forty Years of Cutting Edge” laser engraved on the blade. Rounding out the collection is a two-piece challenge coin set and a custom fit shadow box.
