SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Team Smith & Wesson’s Randi Rogers has extended her Indoor Nationals win streak another year picking up her sixth consecutive High Lady title at the Smith & Wesson IDPA Indoor National Championship.
Competing as a Master in the Stock Service Pistol division, the sales and marketing manager from holster maker Comp-Tac Victory Gear finished fourth Master and fifth in the division to claim the High Lady award with her final time of 219.85 with 121 points down.
“Winning the High Lady title is never easy when Randi Rogers is competing against you. She is an incredible shooter and with a six year win streak at the Indoor Nationals, meaning she’s all but unbeatable at the moment,” said Joyce Wilson, executive director of IDPA.
As part of its continued focus on women shooters, Smith & Wesson again this year recognized not just the top female shooter but the top three, and honored Colleen Vaccaro as the second High Lady finishing in ESP as a Expert with 258.24 (100) and Joanna Lenczewska as third High Lady with her SSR Expert finish of 332.46 (140).
The 2014 Smith & Wesson IDPA Indoor National Championship took place February 20-22 at the Smith & Wesson Shooting Sports Center in Springfield, Mass., drawing many of the shooting sports’ top pistol and revolver shooters from across the country and outside the U.S. Full results are available online at IDPA.com.
