BERRYVILLE, Ark. – After a two year absence, New Hampshire’s state IDPA championship is back thanks to the generous support of companies like Comp-Tac Victory Gear.
Comp-Tac, a leading manufacturer of holsters and accessories, has signed on as a major sponsor of the sold out 2013 Smith & Wesson Live Free Or Die State IDPA Championship, joining ApexTactical Specialties, iMarksman, RangeLog, Ruger, SIG SAUER, Taurus and Smith & Wesson, the title sponsor of the match.
The championship is set to take place October 18-20 and is being hosted by the Pioneer Sportsmen Club in Dunbarton, N.H.
“You can’t step on to an IDPA range and not find a number of shooters holstering their gun in a Comp-Tac rig. That’s because not only do they make great gear but they are one of the most dedicated companies in the industry when it comes to supporting IDPA competition,” said Ken Lambert, match director.
“Being an IDPA member and shooter I know that putting on major matches like New Hampshire’s Live Free Or Die State Championship takes a huge amount of work. Comp-Tac is committed to supporting the match directors, range officials and shooters with sponsorship and support anytime we can. We wish the Live Free Or Die great success and look forward to supporting it again next year,” Gregg Garrett, owner and president of Comp-Tac.
In addition to determining the New Hampshire state title, the match will also serve as the final leg of the King of New England contest presented by Apex Tactical. The 17th Annual Massachusetts State Championship and the New England Regional, both sponsored by Smith & Wesson, make up the first and second legs, respectively, of the newly announced series.
