There will be tons of seminars and events at the NRA Annual Meeting for families, groups and businesses. From the Air Gun Range to the Wall of Guns, the National Rifle Association has been lining up activities for months. An always popular favorite is Sunday’s Clubs & Associations Workshop.
“Anyone looking for ideas on how to improve their range or club, then this is the workshop that you can’t miss,” said NRA Clubs & Associations Marketing Manager Son Nguyen. “We have a great lineup of experts that you’re not going to find anywhere else in the world.”
Kicking off at 9:00am at the Hilton America’s Hotel at 1600 Lamar Street, the workshop will unveil the new NRA Sports.
“It’s an important program that covers Youth Programs, Women’s Programs and our new 3-Gun event for clubs.”
Shot with either .22 or AirSoft, NRA’s new 3-Gun Event was developed for Clubs and Ranges that have always been looking to run a 3-Gun Competition but don’t know where to start. Our approach is low impact, high excitement and available for competitors of all skill levels. Best of all, you can hold it just about anywhere.
Also on the agenda are presentations by NRA Hunter Services, insurance options for clubs and businesses, the Women’s Wilderness Escape, and an opening by NRA Board Member Herb Lanford.
“Herb likes to tell people that if they ever wanted to talk to an NRA Board Member then this is their best shot,” said Nguyen. “The rest of us will be there to answer your questions about the programs you can bring to your club and Lockton Risk will cover all your insurance concerns.
“It’s a great way to wrap up the weekend.”
