Apex Tactical Specialties Backs Smith & Wesson Live Free Or Die IDPA Match

Apex Tactical Specialties logoBERRYVILLE, Ark. – It’s Live Free Or Die style IDPA for Apex Tactical Specialties as the California-based maker of aftermarket gun parts steps up as a major sponsor of the 2013 Smith & Wesson Live Free Or Die State IDPA Championship.

In addition to sponsoring the Live Free Or Die, Apex is also the presenting sponsor of the new King of New England contest. The King of New England is made up of select stages from three New England area championships: the 17th Annual Massachusetts State Championship, the New England Regional and the Live Free Or Die State IDPA Championship.

“We were very excited to be named the third and final leg of the new King of New England series presented by Apex, but to also have them as a major sponsor of the Smith & Wesson Live Free Or Die is further evidence that IDPA here in the Granite State is making a huge comeback,” said Ken Lambert, match director. “We are grateful to Apex Tactical Specialties for their continued, generous support of IDPA competition.”

Apex joins Comp-Tac Victory Gear, iMarksman, RangeLog, Ruger, SIG SAUER, Taurus and Smith & Wesson, the title sponsor of the match, as one of the main sponsors of the sold out championship event slated to take place October 18-20 at the Pioneer Sportsmen Club in Dunbarton, N.H.
