PROVO, Utah—Action Target, the world’s largest shooting range equipment manager, recently announced a change of schedule that will help them adapt to the ever-increasing budget cuts in departments around the country.
Action Target said they will provide a more flexible schedule in the various trainings they offer to law enforcement agencies around the country. The Provo based company said they have also designed new courses that demonstrate effective, yet budget friendly, firearms trainings for departments around the country.
As part of the adapted schedule, Action Target will dramatically increase the number of Portable Steel Target Seminars, which are held at outdoor ranges and taught by some of the best firearms instructors in the country. Some of these expert instructors include Mike Lehner with Safariland Shooting School, John Krupa with Spartan Tactical, Dennis Teuller, Brian Hoffner and Leo Hathway.
Agencies can have Action Target travel to their range and perform training for them. By traveling to specific agencies, Action Target is able to save companies money and also provide valuable training that would not be received otherwise. Action Target also gives hosting agencies the opportunity to use their existing targets or, upgrade to new targets.
For more than 26 years, Action Target has worked closely with law enforcement agencies around the country to adapt their product line in order to help meet the needs of agencies in a world of decreasing firearms training budgets. Agencies who are interested in working with Action Target can visit their calendar page.
