Overland Park, Kan. — Bushnell Outdoor Products, an industry leader in sports optics and outdoor accessories for more than 60 years, has announced the hiring of Aaron Oelger as director of marketing.
Oelger will lead the planning and execution of consumer and trade marketing programs for the family of brands that make up Bushnell Outdoor Products. He joins Bushnell with a strong background in marketing and seven years experience with MidwayUSA, where he most recently served as vice president of marketing. Prior to his tenure at MidwayUSA, Oelger held multiple marketing and operations roles during his eight years at Sprint.
Oelger holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kan., and a master’s of business administration from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.
