Steel Challenge Poll: A Look At The Juniors

Ever since K.C. Eusebio won the Steel Challenge at the age of 15, the juniors have been taken seriously. While nobody has yet reached the blazing speed of K.C., the juniors at this year’s Steel Challenge are not to be underestimated.

Current standings have a Women of USPSA stand-out, Sarah Irish, in the lead for the overall Junior title. She also leads the Junior Ladies poll as well. Sarah’s been shooting great this season and could have a strong Steel Challenge.

Keep an eye on Ryan Leonard though. Last year Ryan finished 15th overall in a time of 94.34. On Smoke & Hope he shot 8.86, beating the likes of B.J. Norris, J.J. Racaza, Dave Sevigny and Jerry Miculek, so he’s ‘got game’ when it comes to the 5 steel plates.
