Tacprogear launches BLACK Website

DELRAY BEACH, FL (March 2014) –  Tacprogear, a leading manufacturer of tactical equipment used by professionals around the globe, has launched their new website, TacprogearBLACK.com, featuring American-made products specifically designed for tier one and special forces operators.

“We developed the BLACK line to specifically address a segment of the market that, in our opinion, has been overlooked by the tactical industry,” explained Dan Lounsbury, President of Tacprogear. Recent changes in the armor industry and the consolidation of several manufacturers led to a virtual standstill in the development of new and innovative designs. In response, Tacprogear developed the BLACK line using new materials, designs, and solutions never seen before.

The website features a variety of prototype and pre-production helmets, plates and vests that are available in the second quarter of 2014. In addition, the Scout, PASGT, and ACH helmets are currently available. All products in the BLACK line are a direct result of mission specific operator feedback from end users in the field.
