Registration Underway For The 2013 California State IDPA Championship

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Organizers of the 2013 California State IDPA Championship announced that registration is underway and slots are still available for the Golden State’s premier defensive pistol competition.

The California State IDPA Championship will take place Saturday, October 5 and is a fully sanctioned IDPA championship event limited to 150 total competitors classified Marksman and above. The match fee is $75, going up to $100 after September 1. Shooters interested in competing can download the match registration PDF.

Featuring 11 stages and 134 round count, the 2013 California State IDPA Championship will take place at the Sacramento Valley Shooting Center (www.sacvalley.org) in Sloughhouse, Calif., the premier outdoor shooting range on the West Coast and the largest and best privately held range West of the Mississippi. The championship is being hosted by the Sacramento Defensive Pistol Shooters.

This year’s championship has received a great deal of support from the industry including generous contributions from premier sponsors Glock and LA Police Gear. In addition to competing for the five IDPA division titles, as well as Most Accurate, High Lady, High Junior, High Senior, High Distinguished Senior, High Industry, High Press, High International, High Military and High Law Enforcement, the match will include a prize table and raffle open to all competitors with prizes awarded by random draw.
