DoubleStar Corp Breaking Ground

DoubleStar Corp along with the rest of the J&T Family of Companies (Ace Limited, J&T Distributing, and the DoubleStar Training Academy) was joined by friends, family, as well as local and state officials to break ground on their newest expansion in Winchester, KY.  Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear was in attendance to help the Starnes family sling the first dirt on what will be a 40,000 sq ft facility for the JTFOC to grow and expand.

“This expansion shows the company’s dedication to remain a leader in a highly competitive industry,” Gov. Beshear commented.

The JTFOC plans to add at least 15 new jobs in Winchester at this facility along with expanding their business and manufacturing capabilities.

“Building this new facility is a dream come true,” said CFO Stacy Starnes.  “The J&T Family of companies strives to expand business while helping our community.  This venture accomplishes both.  With new technology and room to grow, the JTFOC will be poised to increase our market share as well as our workforce.  This groundbreaking is the beginning of an exciting future.”

DoubleStar and the rest of the JTFOC are well known throughout the country for their outstanding quality and customer service in the AR15 market.  This new facility will not only increase both, but allow them to ship more products quicker and more efficiently.
