Fairfax, Virginia – A new week means a new episode of NRA News’ Commentators. Episode 6 brings us back to urban gun enthusiast Colin Noir in “Responsibility.”

Colion wasn’t pro-gun until the day he went to a range. “It was an eye-opener,” he says. The reality behind a firearm is that “It doesn’t have a soul, it isn’t evil, it’s just an inanimate object.” Noir’s goal now is to spread the facts about guns and hopefully change some minds.
