EAST ALTON, Ill. –Winchester® Ammunition was recently honored as a George Washington-level partner in the National Rifle Association’s Ring of Freedom Corporate Partners Program for surpassing the $500,000 corporate donation level.
To commemorate this achievement, the NRA presented Winchester Ammunition with a Corporate Partners plaque at the recent NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits in Pittsburgh. Reaching the mark cements Winchester Ammunition as a leader in supporting the NRA.
“We’re committed to continuing our support of the NRA and the shooting sports industry,” said Brett Flaugher, Winchester Ammunition vice president of marketing and sales. “The NRA is a voice for millions of firearms owners, and we’re proud to be one of only 16 corporations to reach this milestone in the NRA’s Ring of Freedom.”
The NRA’s Ring of Freedom is the organization’s premier donor recognition society. Winchester Ammunition is the only ammunition manufacturer to reach the George Washington level of sponsorship, which is reserved for partners that have contributed between $500,000 and $999,999 to the NRA.
